The Groove Foundation (« the Foundation », « we ») is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your information, in accordance with applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy law (including Quebec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA).
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, namely:
- Contact & service-request forms: your name, email, phone (optional), organization details and the content of your message.
- Newsletter: your email address and preferred language.
- Technical data: standard, non-identifying server logs (such as approximate region and browser type) used to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use it

- To send you our newsletter, only after you confirm your subscription (double opt-in);
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf and solely to deliver our service: Supabase (database & secure storage), Cloudflare (hosting & security) and Resend (email delivery). These providers are bound to protect your information.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
